Week #7 Scrap it with a Song

Week #7 challenge at Scrap It With A Song.

The song this week is his week's song is Lee Ann Womack's I Hope You Dance. I hand cut the waves and used sizzix for the bubbles along the side and used the left over circles for more bubbles.
