Blog Hop

Welcome to Lovebug Scrapbooking's "INSPIRE US!" blog hop!! This is the first of 12 months of inspiration, each to take place on the last Saturday of every month. Thanks so much for joining us!

If you just happened by this blog and didn't realize a blog hop was taking place, please go back to Lovebug Scrapbooking and start the Hop. You won't want to miss all the ispiration from our members....... or the prizes :-)

Our theme for January is "Love is In The Air".

Since Valentine's Day is fast approaching I thought I would challenge you to make something for a special person in your life. I would like you to find something that you would usually throw away and use that. I used a cashew container after washing it out, covered it with cardstock and used my MS punch to embellish it a little bit.

You may add more embellishments but since this is for a 3-year old I figured he would get to what is inside and not care about the outside :)

This blog hop will run from today, January 30th until February 6th. We will be drawing for a winner February 7th.
Follow along in our blog hop! Your next stop is Tanya
We have just started our wonderful wintry "In with the NEW, Out with the COLD" crop, at We Scrap. It is not to late to jump in and play. Come have some fun and try to win a Cricut.

From the last couple of nights

When I saw this Martha Stewart tablecloth I just knew it could be used for scrapping. Besides the flowers in another layout I used it as the background for the entire layout. Worked out cute with the Santa photo.

Anything is possible

I look at things so much differently now that I am scrapping. I saw this Martha Steward plastic coated tablecloth in the Christmas clearance section and just knew I had to get it. So far I have made flowers using my sizzix with part of the tablecloth. Who knows how the rest will end up.

What I have been working on today

On the cards I covered the cardstock with material first and then hand cut the flowers.

I made all the flowers on the layouts either by hand or using a stamp and layering or with my sizzix.

Thanks for looking.
