My Friend

My friend Cathy has been fighting cancer and had been in the hospital for over 5 months. She passed away this morning. I know she is singing in heaven today. What a very special lady. We went to high school together and she has always had that big beautiful smile. Thanks for the memories Cathy.

Frosted Designs Challenge

For Frosted Designschallenge. We were suppose to use glitter. I made the flowers using Tim Holtz's grunge paper, inking it and then adding glitter. Made the umbrella using my sizzix die. Used a mask to ink the design on the paper.

I used my sizzix dies to cut out transparent flowers and inked them and heated with a heat gun to get them to curl.
