Write about a topic you are in love with. Not a person...a thing. And since most of my readers are scrapbookers, lets just say that the thing you're in love with is NOT scrapbooking. ;-)

I am in love with the shower in our master bathroom. It was built with love and hardwork. Phil and I designed our own shower and spent many hours picking out just the right tile. Phil laid all the tile and I grouted all of it. It is great to be able to sit down to shave or put my leg on the seat to shave and not have to do a balancing act.

Suzanne, maybe when you come to Michigan and IF you are very, very nice to me, I might let you use it.

It's Christmas in July! Post a holiday creation that you made and describe in detail the materials used and any special techniques you used.

This was so very easy and quick to do. I used Creative Imaginations-Christmas paper, Basic Grey tree sticker and flower and then some rub ons. The background paper with the ribbon is something I was given from an old book that you can order wedding inivtations from.

What's a daily activity you must do that's not one of your favorite activities? Be specific. Once you have it, write about something that is worse than whatever activity you thought of.

Go to work when I would rather be home. The worse would be--not being able to get up each morning. What if I couldn't walk and I had to lay in bed all day long, that would just be awful.

Suzanne's Blog challenge # 28

How cold is too cold? Describe the perfect winter day for you.

I don't like winter and I don't like cold. The only good thing about winter is the very first snowfall, when everything is white, sparkly and clean and then after that it could go away.

For me the perfect winter would be sun shining and around 70 degrees. So living in Michigan isn't the best place for that to happen but I don't plan on ever leaving. Come winters when I retire I can just stay inside and scrap and talk all day long. Hopefully have some grandkids come stay with me as well.

Design Team search

Scrap Dango is having a search for some new Design Team members. They are making this fun by having different challenges each week as well as some suprises challenges along the way. If you have always wanted to give being a Design Team member now would be a good time to give it a chance. You will never know if you don't try.
